All orders are £4.99 or free with a £30+ order to UK MAINLAND addresses with the following exceptions : all Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight, ALL SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS POSTCODES and the following Scottish postcodes IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH50, ALL HS9 (WESTERN ISLES), IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56 (SKYE), KA27 (ARRAN), KA28 (MILLIPORT), KW15-KW17 (ORKNEY), PA41 (GIGHA), PA42-PA49 (ISLAY), PA60 (JURA), PA61(COLONSAY), PA62-PA76 (MULL), PA77 (TIREE), PA78 (COLL) PH41 (MUCK), PH42 (EIGG), PH43 (RUM), PH44 (CANNA), ALL ZE (SHETLANDS) are not covered in the £4.99 delivery charge. Please email for a postage quote before ordering. We will always try to provide the cheapest quote possible but depending on the weight and size of the parcel there may be an excess to pay.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 weekdays of receipt on a Royal Mail or National Courier service. We do not however accept liability for any failure to deliver within the stated date or time.
National Courier (Heavier items) orders can be tracked. You will receive an email from us on the day your product is dispatched will all relevant tracking information if you prefer you can contact us by phone or email at any time for a full delivery update.
On receipt of a National Courier order you will receive an email informing you of the scheduled delivery day. This will always be a weekday and can arrive between 8:00am-6:00pm.
A signature is required for National Courier orders. Orders can be left with a neighbour if we receive email authorization from you. If nobody is available our couriers will leave a card. You then have an option to call the number on the card and arrange a convenient weekday delivery of your choice otherwise our couriers will attempt delivery on the next available weekday.
Past this point this we reserve the right to charge for subsequent delivery attempts at a rate of £7.99 per attempt. If after the 3rd attempt our couriers are unable to make the delivery the order will be returned to us and your money refunded less £7.99 per product. It must be stressed we want to avoid this at all costs so please let us know as early as possible if there are any delivery issues as we will always do our absolute best to help.
Our wonderful range of products are all current and in stock on the rare occasion that a product should become out of stock (perhaps sold in our retail store) we would always email you within 2 days to let you know and give you the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund
We want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. On the rare occasion you are not entirely happy we will to make the whole process as simple and painless as possible for you which is why we offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply email us explaining the reasons and we will then forward an email authorising the return. Due to the fact that the product has no fault, you will not be reimbursed for the return postage. Your purchase costs will be refunded immediately on receipt of the goods back into our store in the condition in which they were sent out.
All our orders are checked by 2 separate people before being dispatched and packed very carefully so problems are very rare indeed!
If however this should occur please contact us immediately and certainly no later than 24 days after delivery, the quicker we are notified the easier it is for us to deal with any courier issues. If a product or its packaging is clearly damaged at the point of delivery please sign the delivery note as "goods received damaged"
In some instances we may ask you for an image to be emailed showing us the damage.
All our products are sourced from reputable importers. We have sold them in our store for many years and it is our experience that to have a faulty product is very rare!
However should this occur we want the process to be as simple and painless as possible. Simply email us stating original order number and a brief description of the fault and attach an image clearly showing the fault. We will normally contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue for you.
Please note our liability is restricted to the value of the replacement of the goods only. Guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or damage through whatever cause eg sunlight, water, animal contamination etc.
We use Secure Trading for the processing of all our credit and debit card payments quite simply because they are one of the industries' leading secure payment provider.
Your card details are collected via Secure Tradings' encrypted service which means that no one including ourselves will ever get to see your card details.
Should you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order you can forward payment to our retail premises which is Crillys Ltd 79-85 Huddersfield Road Birstall Batley West Yorkshire WF179EG. We would let you know when the payment arrives and dispatch your order as soon as payment clears.
Your address and contact details will never be given to any other 3rd party other than our couriers who will require it for delivery purposes.
We use professional photographers to ensure our images are of the finest quality and equally important represent as accurate a picture as possible in terms of colour. On some occasions there will however be slight variances due to different computer resolutions and settings. We always suggest contacting us by phone or email before purchase if you require any feedback on colour or design.
