Returns Policy
We want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. In the rare event that somebody is not, we want to make the whole returns process as quick and painless as possible.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive details of which can be found at The Office of Fair Trading
All purchases can be returned at anytime within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the goods are faulty, we can arrange a collection and there will be no charge.
If you have simply changed your mind then we can arrange collection but there is a charge of £10.00 per box (Normally 2 stools fit into 1 box)
Where products are returned due to a change of mind, all we ask is that they are returned as they were received e.g. perfect condition, unassembled and original packaging.
Please note that we can not accept returned goods if the product has been assembled or without the original packaging as obviously we can not resell them – we think that this is only fair!
