How much will it cost to deliver?
If you live in the UK mainland then your delivery is just £4.99.
For Ireland / Isle of Mann / Isle of Wight / Anywhere else in the world, email us with your address and we will do our best to get you a price the same day. You will always be quoted the cheapest price possible!
How long will it take?
For orders going to a UK mainland address and ordered before midday Monday – Thursday you will receive your stools the following day via city link.
If ordered Friday before 12 noon then it will arrive Monday by 5:30pm.
All orders received after noon Friday or over the weekend will arrive Tuesday by 5:30pm.
PLEASE PLEASE bear in mind a signature will be required on delivery, if this is inconvenient, as long as you authorise it we can ask the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour for signature. If nobody is in they will leave a card and normally reattempt delivery the next available weekday. If this was not convenient you have the option to call the number on the card and arrange a weekday that is they will however only specify a by 5.30pm time.
If they have to come out for a 3rd delivery attempt there is a significant extra cost incurred. This is something we obviously want to avoid and so would ask that you do adhere to the information we have detailed.
Orders outside the UK mainland e.g Isle of Wight, Ireland will go via parcel force and will arrive within 3 working days but is very often quicker. Delivery times for other countries will be quoted at the time of order.
